Cation distribution of Cu2+ substituted NiZn ferrites having general formula Ni 0.5 Cux/2 Zn(0.5-x/2) Fe2O4(where x = 0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6) were investigated. From proposed cation distribution, it was found that Zn2+ occupied A and B site, which replaced Fe3+ions. The distribution was confirmed by theoretical and experimental magnetic moment values as well as by theoretical and experimental lattice parameter values.en_US
